Denver utility managers are asking state lawmakers to consider a statewide toilet standard to reduce water usage.

Denver Water conservation manager Melissa Elliott told state lawmakers they could limit the law to new installations.

Naked man arrested for threating woman in Lakewood apartment complex

On Tuesday, Jan. 25, a woman and several neighbors called police after a naked man started banging on her door and yelling racial slurs at her.

The man, a bald white man in his 40s, appeared extremely intoxicated and had urinated near her door.

She told police she was scared because the man did not live in her apartment complex but knew she was black.

Police arrived on scene and ordered the man to stop, then pointed a taser at him.
